What is Occupational Therapy?
Occupations are the daily activities that people do in their home, at school/work, and within their community. When a person is having difficulties completing the tasks that they want to do, or need to do, perhaps due to a disability or illness, an occupational therapist can help. This can be done by providing individualized therapy, and by making creative changes to the persons tasks or environments.
